A really comfortable guesthouse in Kampot. The dorms are quite nice and the bathroom is exceptional. The dorm comes with a large balcony with a lounging area and a table and chairs. In the bar they sell food and drink all day. The food menu is varied but a little pricey for the area. Between 5 - 7 is happy hour which is awesome. The cocktails are half price at $1.50. They are also really large decent cocktails for the already low price of $3. They have mini golf too. The customers around the bar are old men and the bar does have an old man feel which put us off a bit. The dorms are full of young backpackers though which is awesome. They clean the rooms daily and completely change the sheets and towels. They also give you shower gel and soap daily. No free water :( You have to pay for refills.

Very clean and comfortable building with a good location. The staff we're so helpful and patient with me, the rooms were very nice and they offered lots of events and activities

Owner is really nice and cares about his hotel and his patrons. Bar is good and rooms are nice with Air and a fan. Perfect location with safe parking. Good value for price would stay again. Liked that they gave me the option of pay now pay later. It’s helpful for some where as I like to pay now. Good setup.

Nice location but food has been disappointing a number of times I have been there. Live music is good, just needs the kitchen and service staff to be trained a little better. Cold, undercooked or completely wrong on 3 separate occasions.

If you would like to calm down and be for your own, this is not the right place.
A lot of tourists hanging around, watching TV, playing pool or miniature golf.
The American owner is very friendly and open minded. He helps in organizing Tuk-Tuks or taxis.
Acually, if you would like to have a day-trip with a uk Tuk to Kep or somewhere else, just ask one of the Cambodian bar people, who will do this then for you, when they do not need to work. They are very friendly as well and also speak English.

The rooms are ok. Unfortunately you are not allowed to throw toilet paper into toilets, which will clog these (for sure!! ;-) )
Also our linen and sheets were not 100% clean, at least they had some colorings that looked not so nice
The big plus for the rooms is that all rooms have their own KODI internet TV, where you could stream (illegally) all your favorite films and - even better - sport events.

Good quality and services, price a bit high but you have thematic evenings which counterbalance

Always something going on here, like open mic or pub trivia or a movie or sports playing in the bar. The dorms are open air, breezy, and comfortable, with personal fans and mosquito nets. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. The food is good, egg+toast+coffee for a dollar in the morning, the beer is some of the cheapest in town at 0.50 a glass on draft. Scooter rentals are $4 a day. They also have their own mini golf course, and it's an active hangout among ex pats.

The dorms (or penthouse as they call it) is $5 a night on walk-in.

Great budget breakfast of egg any way, toast and coffee for $1. Really good deal for the price. Nice place to sit inside or out, 2 big TVs and sport subscriptions. Also run superb deals on beer on Mondays (any $ spent on food is a free beer!). Only let down was the western fish and chips I tried which was rather poor. A shame as the breakfast was really good.

Great place to sit out under the Tuscan style pergola to beat the heat and relax. Great food selection and cheap drinks. William is an extremely accommodating owner/host.. projector and pool tables outside, open mic nights, an absolutely awesome spot.!!

Just fantastic. Penthouse is amazingly chill and enjoyed meeting dorm mates. William is so friendly and helpful. One of the best dorm rooms I've stayed in Southeast Asia

Just OK. Needs a more social vibe. Common area is just a spread-out restaurant and so it's hard to interact and meet people. Tends to attract the 50s+ crowd. Owner is super friendly tho. No organized backpacker events or excursions.

Super cool building, super cheap bar and super huge portion sizes paired with amazing rooms that have a great media setup as well as a friendly owner and atmosphere made for a great stay here. The mini golf was kinda lacking but honestly, no big deal at all

The dorm is very nice. Just some noise, so if you're sensitive with it, I don't recommend. Except that, it's awesome!

The gentlemen running this place rule.

Great pool tables, mini golf is pretty great considering it is free, and trivia night was awesome.

Some of the best Indian food we have had. Get the thali it fed two of us easily.

    Excellent prices on drinks.

    Rooms were immaculate.

And again, everything was great, but the ownership and staff made it one of our favorite spots in SE Asia.
