Honest, upstanding management. Lost my phone here one night while having an amazing good time and the next morning I was able to track my phone location back to the club. Management asked me to describe the phone and verified it was in fact mine before turning it over. Big thanks to them, I was Happy to have my phone back but happier to see the honesty and integrity displayed here

Completely illogical service. Ordered 2 club sandwiches. One came out 30 mins before the other. Didn't feel reassured by being told to wait 3 mins twice within 10 mins of each other. Bizaare.

I did forget my mobile in the bar which contains all my travel data. Coming back after about 10min when I recognized that something is missing. The Staff already secured my phone and gave it back to me.
Huge thank you for saving me a lot of trouble.
Beside the very good and honest team I also enjoyed the view on pub street and can recommend a stay there.

Great Vibes, the place to be at night. Prices are a bit steep and the staff always seem a bit annoyed. However upstairs is always amazing, can play a bit of pool then visit downstairs for a dance, the DJs are great even though they use the mic to talk to the crowd a little too much. Would definetely recommend to backpackers and other tourists.

Nice interior on all floors, good sound system, great lights, but please for the love of god invest a bit more money into a good DJ.

All the DJs are terrible, none of them know how to mix. They have no sense of energy levels. Despacito followed by bass hunter doesn't go well. Might as well load a a boiled room set from YouTube and play that instead.

They have happy hour with 0.5 dollar beer until 9pm. I ordered a beer at 8:45, it took them just long enough to make a bill at 9:02 to avoid happy hour price. They didn't want to discuss. I recommend trying any other place for happy hour.

I booked a table and the staff was so rude and didn't understand any English at all! I had already spent upwards of $50 and they took my table plus the beer that was already there! And the manager also was also very rude! If u come to this place don't take a table! The staff is very irresponsible and unapologetic! Don't go to this place

Fun place to hang out! Drinks are cheap during happy hour, otherwise expensive and normally between 4-10$usd (when compared to 50 cent beers of Pub Street). Otherwise, great live music and ambience.

Good ambience. Beer is cheap during happy hours. Didn't try the food as it was too expensive. Staff seemed a bit rude. Probably been a busy day so wouldn't blame them. One of the best for the environment but there are cheaper options around.

The food was pretty good but the service was HORRIBLE. Never seen such unfriendly, unmotivated group of servers. They seemed to be annoyed by our presence and didn't really want to serve us. The place was pretty and the food/menu was good, but the service totally ruined the experience.
