Good value for money, only 10 dollars the night. You can rent a motorbike for 5 dollars/day. The manager speaks English and french. In general, he is in a good mood and nice, dépends of the day :)
Room are a little bit tiny, no A/C but you've got a ventilator, tiny shower as well but hot water. Ford 10 dollars it's ok ! (we were a couple so 5 dollars each)response / report this review -

Owner was extremely helpful. He helped us with getting a scooter and was really friendly. The rooms are also really great. Really big and the bed is great.

Where were the friendly staff when we (my family and I) came??? We were welcomed with an angry tone by the manager because we came "late" at 9:30. We were traveling from Phnom Penh, stopped for a few hours at Kep and it rained from there. We had a tiring day 😕 We confirmed our hotel already that we were coming when we were at Kep but he made a fuss when we arrived. Confused and disappointed.

Guest house sympa,très propre dans une rue très calme. A 5mn a pied du centre, les patrons parlent français et peuvent organiser des sorties et excursions. A recommander
