De Hotel was beautiful. It's entrance was small, but breathtaking. It has two pools, one with salt water and the other one has sweet water. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Sometimes we weren't able to open the door with the key, but it worked out and we had a nice stay at the hotel.

Incredible place! Especially considering the price!
The two swimming pools are amazing (one fresh water, one salt water) the staff is extremely kind and offers free pickup from the airport and shuttle service to the city center. The gym is really good! With different types of machines and weights.
The place i located in a quite part of siem reap, it is quite a walk to the center but because of the great free tuktuks this is not a problem!response / report this review -

Great hotel with nice ambience and very friendly staff. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. We used the hotel tuk- tuk service to see Angkor Wat and a few temples further afield. Prices were ok/ average for Siem Reap. We paid $15 for the mini tour and $20 for the big loop. No complaints at all. We tried their set menu one evening and were very happy with. Breakfast was $5 for 2x coffee and 2x banana pancake, which kept us going all day until evening.

After our original hostel shut down the day before we were due to arrive, we booked here at the last minute. It's a lovely small hotel, with friendly staff. The food is nice and they have some western food if you wanted that. There is also a free tuk tuk in to town, and it's only about $2 for your own return. We did also use the spa while we were here but I wouldn't recommend that, as we didn't get what we asked for and felt like the woman working there were not professional.

Quiet and friendly staff (except MR On. He is pushy and rude and didnt even give me the room I paid for more of that later)the Hotel is off the road down a dirt track with some pot holes which is poorly lit . They offer free rides to main area in town. They didnt give me the room I booked and paid for , I only realised the error after my 1st night as the booking was made for me when I double checked by chance I found the room I was In which had no view (no 492) sadly this room was on the main landing on 2 intersection so you had people passing the bedroom window pretty much all the time and also the bathroom had a glass window so if you wanted to go to the toilet you had to pull blind down. The glass bricks on the wall in the toilet didnt help either. I pointed the error out so they did try to find me another room but anoyingly not the one I had booked and paid for.
So I checked out and went elsewhere for the remaing 3 nights. The manager on desk did give me a free ride to town after I chekced out she tried to find me a room as mentioned but it wasnt her I explained it was Mr On who shouod have given me what I paid and booked for in the first place. I have sent video of the room they gave me on check in and report to expida and notified them of my issue.
It is showing signs of ware but speaking to other guest they liked their rooms etc.
No buffet breakfast - choice of 3 options, it was good enough.
I would try other places before suggesting this to anyone. It may be a bit far away from town for some and there are better options to be found.
Their tour to temples was ok and driver was friendly enough.response / report this review -

The staff here are very attentive and polite, always seeking to help in any way possible. There are two pools which are never busy and the neighbourhood is very quiet.

Great hotel with very helpful and kind staff. Rooms are amazing and you may get a direct view on the crocodile farm next to the hotel if you're lucky. Absolutely incredible quality ! Maybe the best hotel I have ever been to. Restaurant is pure class too. All for a very interesting price.

Lovely staff! I really liked the saltwater pool. There's a crocodile farm behind the hotel that you can see from some rooms. Rooms were the cleanest I've seen in Southeast Asia. The entire place is also well decorated, actually feels like a Botique hotel (so many in Siem Reap are in name only).
