Just lovely vibe, nice people, always friendly and for what you are paying it is excellent. Tried all the local dishes on offer over my stay and they were excellent! Shout out to Steven who really made my time here so nice. Worth getting a massage on site. Peaceful. The rooms are decent, have air con and I found the bathroom fine. Love the bed, hard mattresses but so comfy.

I enjoyed the clean and well designed modern rooms. Their courtyard is beautify up-kept. The American style breakfast was just okay (I'm not in Asia to eat American). Staff were very helpful. Bathroom did have smell to it. Very friendly tuk-tuk drivers they employ as well. I wish they would have let me check in before wanting to have me make decisions on excursions (felt a little pressured there).

Clean with great staff, very helpful. Smallish boutique hotel, all the rings are the same. Comfortable beds, pillows, amenities. Near the town center and markets, not walking distance really as the route takes you alleys not really roads.

Lovely quaint hotel. Great host and hospitable staff.
Steven will basically plan your trip for you and arrange for transport for the full day.

I can't believe that this place has had such good reviews. My experience of the place was the exact opposite. This place is not as shown in the photos. These people are con artists. Firstly they charge different prices depending on the website. If we had been charged $20 I might not have minded so much about the raw sewage smell from the bathroom, there were stains on the wall which are decrepit looking and the shower was old and very basic. The whole hotel is rundown and needs upgrading. The pool seating looked so worn out. And the bed is ROCK hard. So because of this we decided to cancel our reservation. This way we paid the hotel almost $100 for staying there for 2 hours only. Unfortunately, we left some personal and important items with them accidentally. But when I went back to pick up my things, they harassed me saying I needed to pay them more money. They were completely unprofessional and basically hassled me. I left there with them refusing to give me my things back unless I paid them more money. I have no idea why they were so awful and refused to be nice. We did nothing wrong. Basically just cancelled our reservation and ended up paying for 2 nights we didn't use. They then kept the harassment up with more emails the next day saying they would call the police on us if we didn't pay them more money. I dont know why they were so horrid to us. I think perhaps they were just mad that we didn't like their hotel. I definitely do not recommend this place. if you dig a little deeper you will find the reviews with similar opinions to us. We also then found a wonderful hotel in a much better location for the same price. My advice, shop around.

This was a lovely place to stay with an excellent staff. The salt water pool is great, as is their food. Absolutely loved it. (stayed in the summer of 2016)

I def love the ambiance, the food, and the people that run this place! Stayven (staff) was awesome! Always goes above and beyond for customer service! We also booked our tours thru the hotel and our tuktuk driver Z is awesome!!! Def recommending this place to anyone who is looking into visiting Siem Reap!
