My review concerns the outdoor beachfront seating and restaurant, not the hotel.
The place is gorgeous, a real feeling of being in a resort. They clean the beach in the morning, several seatings on the beach, but the main seating is under coconut palms on a stretch between beach and road. The restaurant itself is across the road.
Very friendly female staff, that always tops male staff. In uniform, speaking English very well, always polite and knowing what you need (food and drink wise).
The drinks menu goes from juices, via smoothies to cocktails. Wine is excellent (I like the South African Cabernet Sauvignon).
Food menu is varied with some unusual specials, like baguette with tomatoes, onions, garlic. Their fresh fruit plate is too much to eat alone.
At night the outside barbecue is used to produce excellent fish meals.
A great place to be during the day but also at and after sunset.response / report this review -

Lovely quiet place far from noisy town centre. Friendly owners. Good fod and the best sunset view.
The only problem, a serious one, was the smell on the beach. Obviously sewage. The water was not suitable for swimming. We only stayed one night, so maybe we just had a bad luck.response / report this review -

Nice place, just across a small road to a white sandy beach, not exactly beautiful but the sand is gorgeous. At the far end of occheautal beach quite place but don't go on a Saturday as lots of locals. Beer was. 75¢ a can and can get WiFi from one of the bar owners cars lol

Great place in Sihanoukville, if you are looking for piece that is the place!
The host was all over us, she helped us with motorbike rent, getting tickets to go to PP and more.
Property has private beach with tables if you would like to have food in front of the sea, otherwise you can chill on the beach decks and order food/drinks over there.
It is amazing that they have WiFi on the beach!
Staff was great and friendly.
Standard Rooms are spacious and clean you also have table and chairs next to entrance.
We extended our stay and stayed in bungalow which is slightly bigger and I think it is worth extra money.
Beds were firm and conformable in both rooms.
Breakfast not included but it is not expensive.
Restaurant: food is tasty and worth the price which is not high by the way.
We had dinner on the beach and it was nice.
Location: a bit away from main Street or main beach but for us it was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Also very beautiful.
Otres beach is a short walk away.
Hotel has their own tuk tuk.

A little corner of paradise. The location is perfect away from the noise of the city, close to the beach, which is clean on that part.
I stayed in room and bungalow. Both are functional and comfortable. The restaurant offers a full map with correct prices, the food is good. The staff is helpful and efficient and the majority speak good English. The owner is exceptionally kind, generous, helpful and accommodating.

It is a very good place. The sea sand is clean. The trees and areas to sit are nice and quiet. The food is deliciouse served by friendly young ladies. People who like to relax, take beautiful photos, and ride bike, I recommend this place.

It was the worst memory to me and I question the humanity in European who do business in Asia. I was traveling alone by bus to catch up with a few friends staying in the guesthouse. When I arrived, 5 am, exhausted and need to rest. I came to see my friend, but they did not book me any room. At the time the room had no extra bed, and there were no free room in the guest house so the owner refuse to let me stay, even just rest in my friend's room for 1 hour, as we leaving in dawn. I was yelled at and pulled out of my friend's room by a couple of european. I think they were owners. They told me "My house, my rule, you have to leave". They were crazy because I bothered them in the early morning. The place was far from any other guest house and I was not offered to be guided to other place.
I think the place was really improffessional, practice in a household business way. They did what they like with you because it was their roof. You can expect low price and they were benefited from Cambodia 's nature. But if you want good service, I recommend finding a real hotel, with real manager. The local peole are really nice, but the owners are terrible.response / report this review -

Not disappointed

The best and coolest place for me! They serve good food and great hospitality in SHV. Lots of dishes to choose from, reasonably priced so we kept coming back for more. Best-tasting bacon sandwich and big burger here! I appreciate that they use fresh veggies in their sandwiches, it's like fresh from the garden! So i love this place! The German couple who owns the lounge/guesthouse are so friendly and they always see to it that customers are well-taken cared of. Facilities are well-maintained, free use of clean restroom and wifi. Local staff in the resto are very welcoming and friendly. There's a lot of seating area/umbrella huts by the beach and you can have your meal at your own pleasure while marvelling at the sunset. Esp. love the coconut trees that adds shade to the seating areas.. so cool and romantic for me! Will keep on coming back here! ❤❤❤

my favourite spot over all beaches in sihanoukville to hang out.
the beach is cleaned, the loungers are comfy and free as long as you buy something. they are serviced by waiters/waitresses. the vibe is chill so theres no annoying music (at least from this place). the bar is cute and bathroom spotless with soap/paper which is mot typical here
as a courtesy i think its only fair that one buys at least 1 food and 2 drinks items for an all-day sunbed
the owners are german so while the prices are not comparable to khmer places, we get here german quality.response / report this review
