Great hostel/budget hotel. Rooms were clean, AC works well, and the staff is very nice. It's located in a more residential area which was nice because it was quieter.

Fine budget inn. Can be a bit dim, no elevators, but otherwise everything is clean and comfortable. Showers and air conditioning works perfectly. Its a little far from major attractions but tuk tuks are always available. Free water refills and coffee in the foyer.

The bed rooms are same big bed in the middle of the room, bathroom good size.
Now the air-conditioning barey works but cools down a little.
    The hot water non existent.
The tv is small but very good sound.
They have moto to hire reasonable price 7USdollars a day.
The only thing that annoying is that when i finished my moto ride which was very stressful. The guy at the front counter tried stealing from me and i had to confront him.
He short changed me 2000 reil, which isnt much but were does it stop.
If he is trying to short change you on purpose, then what else is happening.
Trust starts small, for 2000 reil he gets this review.

Very nice place. It is on quiet street, room is not large but pretty, very positive owners. Free coffee at breakfast time, safes are in the lobby. Wood masters are creating their amazing things right here, there are wonderful things made from mountain stone. Thanks for all, guys!

Cheap alternative to other nearby guesthouse / hotel. Room is clean for the price, but still too small. Hot and cold water, mini fridge. Small blanket however. Working wifi. There is no elevator.

My friend and I stayed in a double room with 2 single beds while we were in Phnom Penh. It was a quiet area and our room was pretty big, if abit old. Although my friend complain of bed bugs in his bed, I didn’t see any on mine.

The Chinese-looking guy at the reception, whose name escapes me, spoke excellent English and is very helpful in all our enquiries. The rest of the staff are also polite and always have a smile for us no matter the time of day. Moreover, the hotel have a safe at the lobby to store our valuables, which is a nice touch.

The hotel is quite far from the riverside action. However, we rented a bike from the hotel to move around so we had no problems travelling. Had to be careful where you park it though, it seems that there are no safe zone in Cambodia. I had a close shave at losing my bike while my friend had his mobile phone snatched right out of his hands when sitting in a tuk tuk. The hotel’s resident tuk tuk driver, Nick, is very helpful when we are trying to file a police report for the theft.
