The location is great opposite of the night market, but the room is not really good. The bathroom is old and not repair.

This guesthouse was my first accommodation when I first arrived in Kampot back in 2012. Stayed here for almost a month before being transferred to a semi-private housing. Amenities are basic but sufficient. Enjoyed the spacious terraces and balconies catching first light while sipping your morning dose of coffee. WiFi connection has good coverage throughout the property. Located on a prime spot, this guesthouse mansion is hard to miss with only a hundred meters proximity to the town's landmark, the Durian Roundabout.

The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and big, but the staff is awkward and not so friendly. They even refused to give me an extra pillow because we were three Did not feel very welcomed
