  Amazing value for $7. Great sunrise from the balcony on the 4th floor. The Owner is genuinely helpful and doesn't chase ever $.
  
  Free use of a bike for 2 hours or $1 day rent.
  
  There is a fridge in the room but the power turns off when you remove the key fob when you leave the room.
  
  One of the best showers I've had in Cambodia.

  Inexpensive but lovely rooms. Fantastic balcony for sunrise and sunset. Helpful staff. They really seem to make an effort to elevate their guesthouse above the usual.
