  Clean, comfortable and decent price, $13 with a/c, cable, wifi. Good location if you have your own transport, otherwise an easy 10 min walk to the main restaurant area.

  Although being clean and having spacious rooms, the main problem with this hotel is its a 1 km from the eating area at the town markets. If you don't have a vehicle, you'll need to leg it every time you want to eat. There are no restaurants around the hotel and tuk-tuks are never parked anywhere nearby. Another problem with this hotel is its an entirely concrete and tile construction. Any small noises, such as a lady clattering along the corridors in high heels, reverberates through the entire building. This hotel is set up for locals staying for a night on their way through to other major centers. It's not set up for tourism. Even basic amenities, such as being able to make tea or coffee in the room, are non-existent.
