one of the best hotel for enjoy beach. I stayed 2nd floor. that room has great view. a problem is water pressure little bit weak. hotel people are kindness and friendly.

The location is just across the road from Kep beach, which is as close to the beach as it gets if that’s what you’re after. The room was fine but felt way overpriced for what it was ($45). Nice looking room with a good bed and OK shower, lots of ants, nice balcony with great ocean view. The staff were nice, the owner was extremely friendly and gave us some good advice (and a map) for our day trip around the area.

A very comfortable, Western-standard mattress in the room I got, something that's so hard to find in Cambodia. Spacious, great view, and spectacularly kind and warm staff about whom enough cannot be said. And a very small swimming pool, not for Olympics swimmers, but good enough for me. It was a 2-day escape for me from the dust, noise, and heat of Phnom Penh.

We spent two nights in this hotel during a trip to Kep and it was very nice! The owner is very energetic and will welcome you with a big smile and a quick tour of the room. The room itself was good, enough space, little terrace, in front of the pool with anything you need (45$ per night). The location of the hotel is perfect, in front of the beach, close to shops and a place to rent scooters and have breakfast. Our air conditioning was leaking but it was fixed on the spot so that was perfect and also, despite being late for check out we were able to use the room for a shower which was much appreciated! Would definitely recommend this place :)

My wife and I went there twice for breakfast and lunch in two different days. Would recommend over-easy egg, ham, and sausage with fresh baked bread, and course aroma coffee. Very Nice and friendly staff. Next time, will try to stay in their small and cute hotel.
