Ok but expensive spare parts
They wanted to charge me $30 for shipping my phone's new battery from Korea, plus the cost of the battery. I bought a brand new phone instead for $90. Needless to say not a Samsung. Samsung you are losing customers with these kind of practices.
Experienced today. Appreciated their quick service. Howeve I was disapointed a little on quality of fixing, because it made a crack dot on the back cover of my phone.

If you have a broken Samsung item, this is the place to get it fixed.
I needed a new battery for my tablet. They fitted a new one but said they could not guarantee it. WHY? It was their own product fitted by them.
Long story short: I broke screen on my brand new phone purchased abroad. Samsung PP changed the screen but also stole my new battery putting an old one instead. They denied it first, but then said it was their policy to change batteries when they change screens...I am not going into details on all lies and contradictory info I received from the team. The same thing happened to two other people I know, except that they did not manage to get their new batteries back. I did, after a week of tough discussions. Never going there again!
costumer service is good but company policy if worse.
