The foods are good but the service is suck. I order foods and wait for 1hour and nothing came out. Go up to the service desk, then they said can you ask the people at your side. So rude!!! Unbelievable service. The server did not even remember which table order what. The owner should train them little bit better. I don’t have 0 star if i have a choice then it will be no star. This is worst then a service at normal market.

One of the worst service providers I’ve ever experienced. Waiters/waitresses are not friendly enough to take order, forget things that were ordered, were nowhere to be found for almost 15 mins. Food was ok, good variety of choices, could have been better though. Wouldn’t come back again.

They have a golf carts picking up customers at a designated location since there's no parking onsite! Fun experience and kids under a metre tall eat free. (Most kids don't eat much of this anyway, so if you've got a kid who loves this type of barbecue you're in luck). Ice cream dessert is available

Very poor service. Extremely slow. Staff like kids joking around and don’t take care of customers. The whole place is super smelly. Table is oily. Food is acceptable.

Honestly, the food tastes good but the service is really SLOW! I wouldn't mind if there was a huge crowd at that place but seriously? We ordered some foods from the menu and they never delivered them to us until we ordered them all over again twice or thrice==" kinda speechless tho, there were only like 4 groups of people.

Good but not great buffet, clean and elegant. Fairly priced. Not very japanese, very few japanese dishes available. Can be described as a upscale local bbq.
