Rooms are clean and spacious and food at restaurant is good. But the aircon does not cool enough, they allow me to change the room but it was the same. And there are not minibar in the room, so it is no comfortable if you want any cool drink.

Dorm was OK for that price. 4$ per night, but bathroom wasn't clean and the air in the dorm was all the time very bad and hot. Quite, because it's behind the main road, which is nice. But wouldn't come back, I wasn't sure if they even make the beds.

Service was average, on the main street, average price of 25 dollars for A/C room. $13 for a room with a fan. I got the ac room would of preferred the $13 room.
Clean well presented rooms, everything works.

It is a really nice restaurant. Mango shake and fried rice with chicken was delicious. Nice, friendly staff. Highly recommended place 💞

We stayed in Ac Rooms, very nice would be 5 star if there was a fridge. Hot water had to be fixed and worked perfectly. No breakfast included so have no idea

I got a double bed with fan room. We didn't get a blanket- just a large towel as decoration. Faucet water tastes so weird I couldnt brush my teeth. Water was not hot at all, floor was kinda dirty.
They gave us a flat screen tv with cable but not clean/hot water and a blanket? Would rather not have any tv to get a blanket.

The store in front has cheap water, umbrellas, etc. Staff was nice with usable English.

Pleasant. 24hr restaurant but not great food. Seems like most places in Cambodia don't have a bar fridge so same same. Room a/c clean

Rarely give 5 stars. Room was clean, shower was large and hot. Toilets and all facilities were great. We even booked an extra night but in a cheaper room because ours wasn't available online anymore. We told the staff and they said, "Don't worry about it, just stay in your room." How cool is that. Location is the best too.

Reasonably priced food and accommodation. Room's okay, but if you come in the middle of the day it takes a long time before the AC can cool the small spaced room. Just a few minutes walk and you'll hit the beach.

One of the worst guest houses I've stayed in in Cambodia. The 8 bed dorm feels more like a prison with 2 platforms with 8 mattresses on them, bare concrete floor and walls, and a big sliding door with a padlock that would be more suited to a warehouse than a guesthouse. The shared bathroom was absolutely filthy, there were skid marks on one of the toilets the day I arrived which were still there when I left 3 days later, and the sinks were always full of dirt, including cigarette ash one day, and the shower was nothing more than a cold drip. They also lost my socks in the laundry, luckily i got them back as they'd given them back to someone else I was travelling with! Would not stay here again.

The place was ok. But I have never deal with such a rude stuff. They defiantly don't know what's hospitality business is all about. And if you want music to play all night on top of it you should stay here. And don't buy this room with a bulcony, you will get a balcony with a wall

    BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS!!!

Stayed 1.5 night in a fan room for 10$ a night. We had a couple of bites but we thought it was mosquitoes at first. In the middle on the second night we saw the bedbugs and even killed one filled with blood. We went to change room and they gave an another room in the "newer" building. The room looked very nice but we saw another bedbug right there in the sheets when we arrived. We just wanted to get out of there. The staff insisted we pay half a night and did not even apologize. We just got out of there ASAP without paying the last night. We had to clean our stuff and find a hotel with a dryer to desinfect all our stuff.

There are plenty of other nices places around so I would not take the chance to go there!

AC dorms are simple but quiet enough. Staff is nice but English is not very good. Restaurant is decent and the serve beer late. I would come back here again
