Pretty nice old house turned into hotel. But very disappointing location because it is down a street surrounded by garbage and broken down homes. Walk score is a 2/10. Employees are nice but the owner is arrogant rude man. Got mad because I left my air conditioning on while I left my room for a quick lunch after I came to a hot room. Just wanted it to be nice and cool before I slept. He walked in my room and Actually turned it off. Like how did he know if someone wasn’t in the room naked anyways he made an argument with me and asked me if I want to leave. Told him I came because of the reviews which are obviously fake. He told me he doesn’t care about reviews and because he has lots of people that love the hotel. While there was only one other room taken I think. Anyways called Expedia and they called him and he gave my money back. Before that he asked me if I want to stay. I told him can I have my money back and that I don’t he told me “No” but I can leave if I want?? What a piece of work this guy is. Stay away from this expensive terrible location place.

Lovely bungalow hotel with a small dip pool in front. Newly taken over by a European n very well kept. Rent a bike n u can access the whole city n beaches.

Amazing service, quite a paradise in a not charming city. The food is amazing, so is the water and the two lovely owners. Definitely go there when you're in Sihanoukville

Great Oasis from very chaotic town. Felt like home from the moment I stepped in. Excellent breakfast by the pool and coffee. If you want to be spoiled by quality and friendliest you must stay in this guesthouse.

Our stay here was fantastic! The staffs attention to details and quality is something you don't come across frequently in sihanoukville! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious! They even provide you with a french press in your room for quality coffee! The internet is really fast and stable!

Very charming and invited place to stay. Especially, the people at this hotel is very friendly and supportive. If you were going to Sihanouk Ville for beach, I would recommend this hotel.

Удобно, тихо, недорого. Отличные хозяева. Хорошее место для семейного отдыха. Есть завтраки. Большие номера, все чисто и со вкусом. Спасибо.
