  Make sure to go when it's not busy, or when u have a lot of time. We went there when the place was almost empty, and had to wait for 25 minutes for a simple ice coffee and frappe. By the time it arrived we had to change it to a take away.. the staff albeit slow, were polite, and the place was clean and nice. The coffee was ok, but nothing special.

  environment is good, drinks is delicious, it also has Steam. Service is good. Place is hygiene and nice.
