Good environment, hygience, and safety. The largest and the oldest university in Cambodia. There are so many sport court like football, outdoor badminton, basketball, Petanque, and volleyball.

It's the best university in Cambodia to produce Bachelor degree in Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Khmer Literature, Psychology, Geology, History, and some various Master's Programs. Even it's the best university in Cambodia but its quality still can't compare with the same programs in other countries especially English native speakers. Due to, program curriculums and English programs. These things still need to be improved. Lack of exchange program too. A part of this university also teach some languages with very high quality.

I'd like to say give thanks to the government, ministry of education, Rupp officers, who provided me the scholarship in Japanese major. And I also give thanks to the lecturers who all of you always educate the students to be a good student, good child, good citizent, and want us to become a good and usefull person and be the human resource for development our beloved nation in the future.

Here is the oldest university in Cambodia in about 50 years old. This place has very good environment, you can play sport, sit, drink coffee and also can be a good place for appoinment. Furthermore, here also provide a good environment for students studying and researching here due to the library here is very good and able to use internet for free fir students.

The surrounding environment is superior. There are many people from outside spend their time reviewing the lesson or catching up with friends at weekends. And the brand new cafeteria behind the library is a plus to remark the RUPP up. Experience yourself at any moment possible!

I love the environment the most, good place for personal study and this public school offer a lot of majors to choose, almost all teachers in Cambodia from this school and also a good school for IT engineering.

It's the best university campus in Cambodia. This was designed by two French architects, Lorey and Mondet (the same architect who designed the University of Health Science on Preah Monivong Blvd). There three original 1960s buildings on this campus, the Unité d'Habitation inspired building, the auditorium and the former professor accommodation at the back of the campus. Originally, the brise-soleil façade of the auditorium building was open for the air circulation but not filled in with glass.
