  Arguably one of the worst Universities in Cambodia for international programs with "textbooks" made of PowerPoint slides, teachers that can barely speak correct English and a system where 3 absences per semester will cause you to automatically fail the exam.

  One of the well know private university in Phnom Penh city. Beltei was just a English language school at the first place, now the school developed in to primary school, high school and even university. There are many majors that the students can chose to study in this university.
