One of the best bar and view that you can go to. Its a one stop building that cater your bar needs. Local band check foreign band check games and entertainment check ktv check! And the food are high class. To top it all. They serve common to rare japanese whiskey. Also their prices range are decent for what you will be getting. Shout out to the filipino band "Divergence"

I am sitting on top roof tonight listen to music and meeting friends from Thailand. We can order japanese food and drink.

It’s good environment and good music, too close to the speak make my voice raise to talk. In general is good. Parking opposite can park at least 20 cars.

Had a drink and finger food at the rooftop bar. Excellent quality and customer service. Nice live music that was just nicely matching the ambiance. Recommended.

Go for the set. The 3 potato dish was yum. The service a tad slow. Suitable if you're not in a hurry and wants to watch Phnom Penh's traffic goes by.

Amazing Japanese fusion restaurant! A chic restaurant for a surprisingly low price. There are always many promotions available on drinks and sometimes on food. The staff is great too ! The sushi are mesmerizing, it doesn't taste fishy. A real game changer for sushi haters.
