Don't stay here! They have a major bedbug issue. They put me in one room that was infested with bedbugs, and then transferred me to a room with more bedbugs. Then the clerk at the counter gave me a ridiculous answer when I asked if all the rooms have bedbugs. He said "maybe Room have (bug) now, but not all the time." I highly doubt they will take care of the issue. I checked out.

Bedbugs. Booked in and had to go buy bugspray that night due to bedbugs. Changed rooms and guess what..more bedbugs. Housekeeping took my can of bugspray so I had to go buy more. I checked out 1 day early and already paid in advance. Not all rooms have safes, bathroom door didnt lock, also mouldy smell in bathroom. Room door not really secure but it is what it is.$30 a night for a $10room. I found a much nicer hotel for $35 night.

Seriously horrible place. Extremely loud. Drinks way over priced. Room dirty and bathroom not usable. Men seem to hang out here. Doesn't feel right.

This place is a brothel pretending to be a hotel.
    Service - low
    Upkeep - poor
Price - very expensive for what you get.
Linen was dirty/obviously not changed between guests, which considering the main activity here is disgusting. (Makeup and hairs present)
Unless you are just looking for a room close to the girly bars, look elsewhere.

WARNING ⚠! 2100 $ STOLEN from bag in hotel room! Staff is not helping, bad attitude! Playing games about the video cameras, I'm trying to review video but there saying have a problem and then I asked what video camera company they use. They say don't know. I asked for phone number. Number doesn't work Total bad experience! Toilet smelled like urine and stains on walls and garbage cans in room.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is not family / kid friendly and the photos are deceiving. The hotel is for prostitutes and men from around the world. We booked for 4 nights and checked out the next morning and was refused a refund for the 3 nights. Also, in point forms:

    1) cigarette burn in the bed sheet
    2) no hot water when using the shower
    3) broken bed
    4) no fire escape. Windows have metal bars
    5) wifi not working at all
    6) entrance key to the door not working
    7) pool is disgusting and food not eatable
    8) staff were rude and daft
    9) room and bed sheets smelt of cigarette

Seriously, if you are considering staying at this hotel avoid it. It’s dirty, feral and not safe. 0/5.

Expensive for what it offers. The atmosphere is not nice, not suitable for families and children, seems like a hotel for sex tourism. Sad. Horrible breakfast.

someone needs to tell these people to stop arguing with guests about towels. 3 people checked into a 2 bedroom, asked for a third towel and was told only 2 come with the room, like we're supposed to share? Lol. They eventually caved, but refused a 3rd pillow. Get real folks.

This is a fairly new and reasonably well presented hotel. By local standards it is clean and has good amenities; as expected maintenance is lacking. It is not too noisy but the fanlights let noise in from the corridor and street. Tourists seem to be obsessed with slamming doors and yelling at their mates outside their rooms so any hotel has a noise problem.

The pool is small but looks clean, the rooftop a nice oasis but not great value.

A fair place to stay if you bargain down below $25.

Not worth the money! Doors are broken and sheets are dirty, when we found a bed bug in the bed we asked to change rooms but a member of staff had to verify our story. Of course then the bed bug was gone, but we were still offered a new room which wasnt as nice but bed bug free.

I've stayed here many times, nice hotel! The hotel staff are really great, always helpful and friendly. It could use a good handyman to fix, paint and clean just a few things that need attention. Close to bars and clubs.

Couldn't sleep all night because the air-conditioner was on and we didn't have the remote control. No hot water in the shower. The bed suits were dirty and it took the clear half and hour to come and change it, but he came with the wrong bed suits. The cleaner open the door in the morning without even knocking, and started talking to us while we were sleeping. The manager wasn't nice and considerable. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
