The room, the service, the breakfast are awesome for 25 bucks. Really really worth it! I definitely had comfy nights there and wont be hesitate to visit there again in the future!

Price of USD 30 per night. Quite rundown exterior n interior at the main house. They have Amber Guesthouse 2 & 3 which is with newer n better interior.

Love the room and decoration, the friendly staff service, the food, the environment. I will definitely go back to that hotel for my next Cambodia trip. It's just so wonderful. Heard that you are building a new hotel near it and I can't wait to give it a try.

Place is quite cozy and the staff were very nice. Though some of the rooms are rather dark as the window is right next to a building, and the breakfast choices are a bit limited

Amberhouse and Ambervilla, are very good to stay in Phnom Pehn, you have Flatscreen
TV (Big), watercooker, Clean and good Rooms, friendly staf. Even it is not so luxury and
small, but I feel really good there. Ambervilla had a bit poor WiFi, but it´s free.

A few roaches on my ground floor room, but 25 bucks a night gets u tiled floors, hot shower/bath, ac, dressing room, tv, high speed wifi, and a good sized breakfast included.
