  Great looking building that makes for a comfortable stay with a rooftop restaurant with a nice view of Svay (Sisophon).
  However depending on which room you stay in, the bathrooms can be old, and the wifi can be spotty and unreliable.

  They provides clean towels. This is the only place where politicians stay when they come from Phnom Penn that I know.
