This is my "go-to" hotel in Sisophon, every time I ride my bicycle from Siem Reap to the border with Thailand at Poipet (or the other way around), I stay the night (or a few nights) at the Botoum Hotel. They always give me a room on the ground floor, so I can wheel my bicycle straight into my room. There are other hotels but as they say, "if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it." The management and staff are also very nice and accommodating.
$10 for a fan room with fridge and kettle. Staff were pleasant and were fine with me scrubbing my bicycle in the yard for half the afternoon!
It the reasonable price hotel in town and the rooms are clean. The amenities are well equipped. Though, the air-conditioning is not blowing cold air as it should be. It is a little warmer. The bathroom is clean. WiFi is fast but do not expect to play game with that because of too many lags and a bit unpredictable. The staffs are helpful. Plenty of parking space.
Overall experience, I would love to return again.
A nice accommodation in town
nice place to stay. prices are very nice (approx. $10/night) and there is always somebody to help you with your transport wherever you want to go.
Cyclists need a stopover, one of the better ones! For $10 a room with a fan, kettle and fridge. Very clean, close to eating places. Best non-tourist-destination hotel in Cambodia!
Clean lines, comfortable beds and very friendly staff.
Great food and coffee. Room are nice also but Sunday and Monday morning loud music at 6AM. And our first room had no hot water
Twin beds fit two people in easily. The staff helped us organize our bus tickets for the next day, which saved us some extra time and hassle. Good location too!
Nice quiet place to stay.
Nice and clean place close to the river and market
Clean and nice rooms. Friendly staff.
