  This is called Wat Pipoat Rangsey aka Wat Chen Damdek (local name). The campus was set up around the 15th century if you look at the 15th-century map redrawn in 1923. The Preah Vihear (attached picture) building is probably the oldest structure in Phnom Penh. The ceiling of this Preah Vihear building is still preserved and by the look of the craftsmanship, this traditional painting was from the 19th century.

  Please, I wish they do maintain well their temple. Main temple is so beautiful and the others are not well maintained.
