  The pagoda that is very close to tuol tumpong market which is known to tourist as Russian market.

  We passed by on the way to the Russian Market. If we could have found the entrance we would have gone in, but peering through the fence the compound looked littered with rubbish and unwelcoming.
  I am a big fan of temples and pagodas so this was a disappointment.

  Can be called as "Wat Toul Tompoung", this Buddhist Pagoda is located on the Mao Se Toung street and near Russian Market. The pagoda is small but it is one of the oldest temple in Phnom Penh. Inside the pagoda, there is a primary school situated in the north side. Also, there is a High school in the south side of the Pagoda as well.
