My favorite Angkor temple a true wonder. Please dear large group-tourists, have respect for this place and stop destroying everything in the temple complex like you do for the main ones. And leave your selfie sticks for another occasion.

This temple has been built by the King in honour of his father. It shows different entrances and a nice courtyard. Also nice to see are some wall carvings and the overgrowing trees. Further we have at the West Gate a double row of statues. Worth while to visit, less crowded and interesting for photo shooting.

For me one of the most beautiful temple in the area! Very nice and you can really feel like and adventurer discovering this place again. Many small areas are totally "lost" within the temple itself and when you discover them, you'll be the only one there . Even if the temple is crowded.

Amazing temple ruins with trees growing out of them. Spend a good 2 hours strolling here or 45 minutes run. 😬

A calmer and less restored temple that you'll really enjoy. The highlight will clearly be the giant tree growing into the windows you can take pictures in. But, there's lots more to see and love like the intricate carvings, the structure where the king's sword was stored, the Shiva lingas etc.

This was the last temple we visited and it was a superb one to end on. It had lots of interesting elements - great entrances, beautiful walls, fascinating corridors and maze-like interior and plenty of good photo ops.
Would recommend not missing this one even though it's ever so slightly out of the way.

This temple features many lingas which represent shiva in the Hindu belief. The second section which can be reached via stairs has four tower likes ruins and when we got there we could see workers cleaning them from plants. They go up this steep towers without any protection.The sound of insects when you enter this place is quite distinctive as can be heard in the attached video.

The temple is still largely unrestored and well worth the visit
We went here early in the morning and it was very quiet and could hear all the monkeys and wild animals in the surrounding Jungle. The temple itself is big and has many areas to explore and w spent over an hour there. We had a policeman take a photo for us which was great but had to tip him. Next to the candle flame you can find an echo room which was fun when you tapped your chest. Well worth the visit

Highly recommend this temple as less tourists go out this far. Therefore, you can really get an opportunity to explore the temple. Has similarities to Bayon Temple. This was one of my favourite temples.

Beautiful temple with a stupa at the very centre. Guards may offer to take pictures of you for tips, so keep that in mind.

One of the better and greener temples in the region, seems to have more life sized statues restored, best enjoyed from its exterior courtyards and in the early morning or later afternoon light. Don't miss the outside statue over the east river.

Nice Old temple, badly behavior of security guards.
I visited middle of august 2017 in that temple. Lovely temple with culture of khamar. Nice place and lovely surrounding. But some guards are show me like snap guide and requested tip moneys for 5$ per person. It's too bad for visitor.

The site is well preserved, offering a lot of different elements to see (libraries, college, Buddhist and Hindu temples). Wall carvings are really nice. The place is usually not crowded, especially in the afternoon.

This is a male temple that the king honor his father, according to our guide. It has a platform to store the sword where you can oversee the main area of the whole temple. The library building beside it also looks beautiful and perfect for pictures! Coming from the west gate you can walk through the beautiful jungle.

Preah Khan was a very calm beautiful end to my day, I visited just before closing time as the sun was setting, and it was a nice contrast compared to some of the busier temples. It isn't completely restored but I liked it for that reason. It was interesting to guess at what it once looked like, and I felt it provided for a more "adventurous" experience as you can dip into small doorways and skirt around collapsed rooms. The trees creeping their way into the walls was another interesting scene, wish I had a little more time to really explore it!
