That is a nice apartment/hotel with no food facility. In this hotel. You only have rooms and no food facility. You will get basic toiletteries on daily basis and your room with be cleaned once in a week or once in 2-3 days. You can get your friends here. Nearby stores and small restaurants and easily walkable. It is a good peaceful decent place to stay if it is your budget. Few rooms have kitchen as well, so you can cook yourself.
