  Is a clean place and chip, but the service is slow, no elevator so if your room is in the fourth floor you will do a lot of exercise, in some rooms ventilator doesn't work very well, and takes a lot of time and effort that the service change your room, but in general is a good place for visiting the city and don't spend a lot in accommodation.

  I really liked it here. Not too pricey but if you ever leave or sit downstairs the tuk tuk drivers hound you relentlessly.

  Very good guest house!
  The people are friendly and the food is fantastic!
  It's in a good area close to the riverside and everything you will need is nearby.
  For the price this place is highly recommended.

  Fairly standard guesthouse for the region. Enjoyable enough, in a part of town where it's easy enough to walk around. Clean and comfy too.

  This is the first guest house I have checked in when I arrived at Cambodia.

  Owner is really funny and friendly, staff can speak english quite good. :) Room is ok with the price under 10$ is acceptable but doesn't have soap :(. Btw, good place in Phnom Penh to stay.

  Very cool locally owned place, in lovely alley way! :) quiet, peaceful and friendly with clean rooms that have good beds, fan AND aircon!
