Lovely lounge terrace bar with a nice view of BKK excellent cocktails and food . They serve until late in the night . good service and good price

Deva -lounge , bar and restaurant, located on the 9th floor in Ione building, gives you the full view of phnom penh, amazing scenery, beautiful decors and a full functional bar! First time this side and i was really impressed, well knowledgeable staff, friendly and just amazing!!! if you ever end up in cambodia, this place is a must
