    No customer service at all:

Moving single customer to sleep with another one even if you paid for your own bed.

    Wifi is broken

They don't want to assist you at all.

    Worse company ever.

Travelling from SR to Sihanukville: 1) it says 10hs, it took 13hs! 2) it says hotel bus, it was 6hs in a hotel bus and 7hs in a mini van 3) i do not know how i am alive, the driver was a disaster!

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD if you value your sanity you WILL NOT go with this company!!! They have made a deal with the airport tuk tuk drivers to take you here and rip you off instead of taking you to your wanted original bus station destination. If you say, "take me to Giant Ibis station" they will tell you they're taking you to an Ibis "stop" along the way. The driver repeatedly said, "this my friend's bus station office" which was a plastic table outside set up with bogus tickets. Once there, the company still tries to pass as Ibis and tries even harder to rip you off on a ticket price (which was more expensive than Ibis). Refused to give us our money back. If I could leave -5 stars I would. Please, people- save yourself the stress and hassle. We had no other option seeing that this place was on the side of a busy highway with no way to get back. Takes way longer than the Ibis bus too. AVOID AT ALL COST. THERE ARE BETTER/CHEAPER/SAFER/FASTER WAYS. Trust me. This is coming from a person who will take a 12 hour third world overnight ferry with everyone throwing up everywhere, all crammed in one room and won't bat an eye. This place is horrid.

Maniacs. These guys don't care about Your life. When traveling with the nightbus, the driver went with unbelievable speed, without any adoption to unsafe streets due to heavy rainfall. Minutes before reaching Sihanoukville, the bus crashed into a construction site. Two passengers have been injured, both were thrown out of their upper beds. Gasoline was dripping, the bus was quite damaged. The driver didn't take any notice of the passengers.
Don't shed Your life to their amateurishly hands!

    WORST EVER !
    Sihanoukville - Phnom Penh. 10$ one-way.
    - They lied about the drop off point, we were dropped in the middle of nowhere instead of the Night Market as they said. When we arrived, the guy just said : "take a tuk tuk", "complain to my office if you want" . Nice service uh
    - More than 1 hour late.
    - The minivan was old: the dashboard was dead, no speedometer.
    - The driver unexperienced: no light at night, driving very fast and dangerously on the highway, and very slowly in the city, every cars, tuk tuk and scooter passed in front of us.
An advice ? DO NOT TAKE THIS COMPANY !!!!

Was waiting at their office for my bus and they kept saying 5 minutes 5 minutes Took over an hour for a hot, small, cramped minivan with no water. Avoid. Just use Ibis.
