Save your money to stay in Phnom penh downtown with this Hotel but I hope they can provide elevator once for their old small building :)

Great place to stay the hotel staff is well versed in english and Very helpful too. Good Hygienic Spacious Rooms. The hotel is very close to most of the Tourist attractions.

For the price it is really value for money. Rooms condition isn't 4-5 star rated but it's liveable

Love the free laundry service whenever I go there, cut down the amount of clothing I need to pack for the trip.

Friendly staff as well.

Hotel seem little old and Chinese style, Price is acceptable, Deluxe double room with balcony which is included Breakfast and Laundry.

Stayed at Golden Gate for 5 nights and it was ok, good location!
The male receptionists are friendly and helpful except female. There is an old hair dryer in a room (better recommend you to bring your own), laundry service for free every morning and the breakfast is not bad.

A favourite for NGOs and people on a smaller budget. Central location, direct access to bars and restaurants. Rooms are clean but basic, with aircon, TV and hot water. Don't expect fancy decoration, it's purely functional sleeping place. I'll go there again for all the reasons above, but keep away from the breakfast buffet, it's not worth it.
