  Hotel does not look like the pictures advertised. Really far even. It is approximately clean if you do not expect much. There was absolutely nothing left at the breakfast when we were there at 8:45. Everything was empty so they proposed us eggs. Sounded strange cause the hotel was really really far from being full. I would not recommend to stay there unless you have no options (like in our case).

  Rooms smell and construction at 7 a.m is a big no no. Breakfast was poor. At the price I paid, I expected better. There are enough rooms in S-ville where I suggest customers to look for and pay later

  Good hotel, great location
  
  We arrived Sihanouk Ville late at around 9pm on the 19 April 2017 so we decided to checkin at this hotel, because we were so tired for a long land trip. The staff was friendly and the room was nice plus comfy bed. On the other hand, breakfast is included in the room rate and good taste plus many choices.

  Still under renovation. Cleanliness below average. . Some rooms have bad smell . Lack of resources like extra key cards, many repairs were needed during stay. Some doors don't close properly. However decent door security features. Staff will help with complaints. Ground floor rooms are already renovated with nice decor. Half have pool access (quite nice but facing construction site) , half face the wall and random hotel laundry. Those facing pool have decoration pools but they're filled with fish and algae. Breakfast still ok. Free WiFi. Mini fridge and safe. Some plugs are international, most just for US /Europe. Working A/C. Plenty of lighting.

  In one word, terrible. It was the worst hotel where we stayed during our trip in Cambodia!
  First of all, the restaurant wasn't clean at all. The floor was disgusting, the walls should have a new fresh painting and the table clothes were full of stains. The buffet for the breakfast was very poor and the presentation very bad (plastic film on the plates..). The worst thing was that there was a lot of waiters in the restaurant but they weren't doing anything.
  Then, the room was comfortable but the bed sheets weren't clean and when the neighbours took their shower upstairs, it rained inside the room..
  Finally, the hotel had a swimming pool but just next to a building in construction. So besides the noise, the view wasn't great to have a break..
  In conclusion, we advise you to choose another hotel and run!

  It's the best boutique in Sihanouk vill with the best price. For the breakfast is very nice they set like buffet. Many foods and drinks we can taste.

  Unfortunately the hotel doesn't that good as on the pictures. Some parts of the building are broke down.
  The staff is friendly, but most of them don't speak English.
  I don't say that is bad hotel but definitely worth to check the room and hotel before you pay.

  The hotel is very accommodating and helpful. We already checked out from the hotel and we forgot our wireless keyboard. When we asked the staff to help us retrieve same, they were all very helpful and even send the keyboard through a courier without expense from our end.
