The staff was very nice. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The rooms were large with big Windows. It was very clean with nice bathrooms with hot water. My room had air conditioning and a nice big screen flat TV. All in all it was wonderful stay what's nice food as well. There was a free breakfast which was small but very good.

Below average hotel. No lift and poor service. There are better hotels for couple of dollars more nearby.

very bad,. left the money in room about 400 AUD and the rest of the travel money, the thief only took 250 AUD and 1000 bath (thai money) sometimes I wonder why every day CS always waiting in front of room to clean room, and always open the window during cleaning room, all staff looks friendly but I am not sure with CS, Be careful please if you want leave your room, take your wallet money with you

The pool was broken. Construction work going on. Sewerage came up in sink while I was cleaning my teeth. I'd give it half a star. Only allowed one cup of tea/coffee for breakfast.

Location is quite nice as it is walking distance from the Royal Palace and the riverside. There are lots of good, affordable places to eat at. My room was clean; the hotel generally is neat and tidy. I was assigned at the 5th floor though and they have no elevators. You can hear the staff talking in the hallway and the neighbors going in and out of the house/hotel. Very basic.

Clean room, but the view was horrible, I looked straight against a wall. Door lock isn't very safe. Good location and friendly staff

The location of Number 9 makes up for the small rooms. Staying here allows you to walk to the Royal Palace and National Museum via the Riverside Walk, provided you make it past the tuk-tuk drivers waiting outside. Independence Monument and the Friendship Monument are also both a short walk from the hotel. The pool was closed during our three day stay in January 2017, but it looked inviting on a hot afternoon! The cooked-to-order breakfast was included with the room, but came from a limited selection compared to the regular, much more comprehensive menu.
