I had a nice experience here and I'm glad I came. I normally have a fear of going to the doctors and will not go, but I felt comfortable here and will return here if I need to. I communicated through email and had my questions answered and was encouraged to come in. Getting registered was easy. It wasn't crowded at all there. I was seen in less than ten minutes of arriving. The staff is really nice, helpful, and explain anything you need to know. English is good. I spoke to the Doctor and had bloodwork and urinalysis done. They have a pharmacy there as well. They accept cash only which I later found out. I didn't have cash on me because I didn't feel like walking to the atm before I was seen, but I was able to pay on the ABA app from my phone. I had a nice experience here as an expat/foreigner.
Visited this clinic in September 2020 . I emailed first asking the cost of x-ray, and to see a doctor . I also stated I would need a sick certificate for my job in UK . They gave me the price and I did a walk in appointment, I was seen fairly quickly . They firstly just took my name age and weight , they didn't ask for any of my medicall history or if I was on medication but I volunteered this information as I thought it would be necessary to get the sick leave I required . My hand /wrist was very painful and swollen , this due to doing some kickboxing at the gym six months previous to my appointment. They took two x-ray's . I seen doctor who was very young , I don't actually believe he was fully qualified and this was confirmed in an email I sent afterwards requesting the required sick certificate ., They mentioned I should see a qualified doctor. The doctor statedI I had no broken bones and maybe I need an MRI scan to see if I had torn ligaments but that was in Phnom phen and not in siem reap. I mentioned I had diabetes and asthma and I was concerned about flying back to the UK at the moment because of the Corona virus and my condition but he just seem to ignore this and just said I don't know about that. This was the reason I wanted the sick note to delay my return to UK because I was so concerned. Although I also had a swollen hand and would not be able to work on my return due to me being a truck driver needing to load and offload vehicles and also I was on tramadol and anti-inflammatorys . I left the clinic without a sick note after they also tried overcharging me for the appointment and was given 3days of tablets that seemed expensive . I emailed them several times after the appointment requesting a six week sick certificate as was due to return to UK and I could see my UK doctor but they refused .and gave me a 3 day sick note They seemed to think I would be better in three days but if I wasn't I was to comeback and be charged again . They said the doctor needed to keep an eye on his patient and expected me return every three days to be reissued another sick note . This I explained was just profiteering out of foreign patients. I definitely would not recommend this clinic and was very concerned that there doctor's are probably not fully qualified. I noticed that another review stated that he could not get a sick note , perhaps they need fully qualified doctor's to be able to issue longer sick certificates.in response to their reply at no point did they say that they could offer me a longer sick note if i visited another doctor at their clinic . they said i would need to travel to phnom phen to have an mri scan and a different doctor was also suggested , i also requested sick note before the appointment via email to be given after consultation ., but although hand had been swollen six months they still only gave me a 3 day sick note . i dont think that is acting profesionally expecting someone to go back every three days to receive another sick note. one week later after taking their tablets their is no change in my hand condition.
I contacted the clinic over the past three days via their "'inquiry"" email. To inquire is to ask questions. I did not ask medical questions but simple informational questions about the chikungunya blood test, and if I should be fasting when I visit to avoid a second visit.
The fasting question was never answered and the clinic refused to answer whether the chikungunya blood test was a PCR Panel or serolgical test or other.
The clinic is knowingly withholding simple blood test information to force one in for a paid medical consultation. Of course, there is a two tiered payment system with foreigners paying higher rates than locals under their 10 dollar a month plan for locals that excludes all others.
Sept 1: The clinic never answered the questions, the questions were re-framed for easier comprehension and still were unanswered. The answer was come to the consultation when I sough just information, and not medical advice. We know the clinic's revenues are way down but people do not want to easily be separated from their money, carelessly. Truthfully, the clinic needs the money hence the questions were not answered.
Amazing hospital! I had to remove stitches from a dog bite (which happened three weeks ago on Thailand), I was very worried it might hurt or they wouldn’t know what to do. But the staff was amazing, all spoke English, read the letter from my Thai doctor which explained what happened, attended me in 5 minutes, very carefully and professionally cleaned the scar, absolutely painlessly removed all the stitches, cleaned the wounds again. All procedure took only two minutes and I paid 2,5(!!)$ for all that. The clinic is quite big (three floors), very clean. I will be coming here again for my last rabies vaccination.
A well run clinic with friendly staff. I was visiting to have my final post-exposure rabies vaccination and it was all done and sorted within 30 minutes. $30 which is ok for a private clinic. Recommended.
But the way, the location and address on Google maps is correct. The address on their website is not!
I came to this clinic with a pain in my leg. I was seen quickly, given an ultrasound to determine what was wrong and given IV antibiotics that solved the problem. When I had to come for follow-up IV appointments, I never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. The staff are friendly, enough of them speak good English to communicate well with and they are professional.
Good service
Fantastic clinic. We were treating amazingly as soon as we walked in. The doctor and staff spoke English. As a westerner you have to expect a slightly different experience from home but I think our experience here was even better than in Canada. Prompt treatment very reasonable prices Dr visit is $20 and $10 for an xray.
Good hospitality and Professional
