Great hotel with wonderful rooms, relaxing pool, very nice breakfast with many in house baked goods.The food is of high quality and taste. The chefs here are trained properly and know how to handle food and they know hygiene which unfortunately is not a common good in many restaurants in Cambodia. The only thing which really is a shame is the surrounding area, allot of trash despite the voluntary clean ups organized regularly. Many hotels/hostels do not use trash cans but just dump it in plastic bags on the road. This gives enormous amounts of rats, flies and smell. Sihanoukville is one big trash yard, with allot of construction going on and the Chinese tourists which no country would welcome as they come only for gambling and brothels.

Love this place. Food is great, location is next to the ocean, staff are attentive, service is fast. Highly recommended for some quality time and more.

NAIA is for sure the best beach - lots of chairs and umbrellas, drink and food service that is acceptable. Hotel rooms are nice. Food at the hotel is pretty awful but you won’t really find much better anywhere else, except next door at Secret Garden which is ok (but still not great). Don’t set your heart on any excellent meals while in Otres and you won’t be disappointed. Be forewarned that the internet at the hotel is spotty unless you’re at reception. We were on 3rd floor and it was impossible to get a reliable network (despite asking every day for them to fix it). So, leave behind any aspirations to lie in bed and binge watch your favorite shows.

I’m still currently staying at the Naia Beach Resort but feel compelled to write a review after just 2 nights with 3 to go. In short, it’s wonderful. The staff, the food, the rooms, public areas are all 10 out of 10. The staff are especially helpful, kind and attentive and being a fussy eater, the Naia restaurant is perfect and I have every confidence in the quality of the food. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want to just relax and enjoy a beach holiday

Definitely beautiful and so relaxing. Breakfast was the bomb! But for the price that you are paying, a lot more could have been done for the amount you are paying especially the front desk service.

Large rooms, modern, right on the beach. Negative - in middle of a construction area, no decent roads - mud/dirt tracks, other than along the beach no public contact.

A wonderful place for peace and tranquility on the lovely beach at Otres II. It is indeed a world class vacation spot with pristine ocean and a modern and spa-like resort. One of my favorite beach spots and hotels in the World.

The staff are attentive and the food is great. Prices are a third higher than other parts of Cambodia but fairly typical for the area. Note that although the beach and sea at Otres is very inviting, raw sewage can be seen flowing across the beach into the sea at regular intervals. This coupled with large amounts of litter, spoil what is an amazing coastal resort.

Ok not great. Too much money for what it is. We were unlucky with the weather which didnt help. But surrounding area grotty. Rubbish on beach. Internet poor. T.v didn't work. As for Serendipity must be Cambodian sense of irony!

Very peaceful, friendly resort with its own small stretch of beach. Restaurant quite good, recommend even for non guests. I ordered the pan fried squid & tropical fruit salad on several occasions, it was so good. A nice place to hear the waves crashing.
