Good clean. Bus.. great breakfast even though small serve.. These guys fantastic on border very organized
We have recently travelled from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh by Mekong. The fare was $13 with free bottle water and snack. It was truly hassle free and guide was nice, friendly and good in English. Though the bua was old but it was really comfortable. I am going to take it again and again.
Nice conductor. Free snack and water.
Ok driver, got us safe to our destination.
I used this company to get from Saigon (HCMC) to Phnom Penh and then onwards to Sihanoukville. The driver was definitely one of the safest drivers that I've encountered lately, the other staff were pleasant enough and spoke sufficient English and the whole trip cost me $22USD on Sunday, February 4th, 2018. The trip included a complimentary snack, moist towelette and a bottle of water. They also made a 20-30 minute stop at the border for lunch. There was an onboard latrine (bathroom) as well.
Shortly after I boarded the bus in Saigon, I handed them my passport, $35USD and other related documents and they took care of most of the border crossing process for me. Real smooth and easy. I'm definitely looking forward to using them again.
I've only had positive experiences traveling with Mekong Express. They leave on time and they take 20-30 mins breaks at cheap local restaurants for lunch. If traveling between countries (Vietnam - Cambodia) they will help arrange your visas at the border.
Its nice price but be hones bus could be better! But service is really nice! I will use them once again
Very good staff at their booking office downtown. Very good driver and minibus in good condition. At Sihanoukville they will give you free drop off to any place you want.
One of best company, I like their Toyota Hiace mimi buses between citys. Thir try to offer a nice service.
Average, even for a bus. Dealing with the people behind the counter is infuriating as they do not know how to make change. They also don't realize that they have a bus "1" and a bus "01" which go to different places. They need to get the "vulture" tuk tuk drivers away from people trying to find their bus too.
Kind of hidden bus station if it can be called bus station. Nothing special about this place, couldn't even find a restroom around.
Staff quite helpful and able to speak English
Older buses but experienced crew
It's always convenience when you can booked the tickets online and get the clarity where is the bus station, especially when you are traveling. Actually Mekong Express has two stations, the one near river side and the other one in Orussey market, for Van service usually departed from Orussey market BUT please call them one day before you depart and make sure which station that you should go
