The initial book went through fine, what I didn't notice was the ticket confirmation was separated from the rest of the communication with this company and somehow ended in my junk box. After phoning the staff were very unhelpful and seemed confused with my booking. They later confirmed in an email my booking was successful but didn't confirm where the bus was departing from; this didn't matter however as I found it in my junk. The bus was broken down when we arrived. The replacement bus had inadequate space for all the riders. They made a makeshift seat out of Backpackers bags in the middle of the front cab. Space was extremely limited and it was a very awful experience being the person without a seat. No refund offered.

This is reliable agency. I made a mistake with my order and first they gave me voucher. I explained I have no use for voucher and got fully refunded. Superb service. Just notice, that it will take some (working) time, before you get official bus ticket. (Order confirmation will come instantly after payment.)

It was nice to be able to both use my credit card and book in advance rather than hoping things work out like when I book from a guesthouse. I hit some snags in booking at the last minute but the staff really stepped up and took care of all my concerns. Most notably, they'd send a link and I'd go in and finish the booking on my own. It's to see such high tech problem solving going on!

Easy to use website, really fast chat responses. Have booked a private taxi pickup in Phnom Penh whilst not in town so great to be able to pay driver directly.
Update: removed star as driver missed pickup. We texted the night before to advice change of pickup location, rang him for nearly an hour on the morning of pickup without any response. Gave up and luckily managed to find alternative transport on a very busy Chinese New Year week! Driver finally got in touch about 75 minutes after pickup time.
Reported issue to Camboticket. No acknowledgement.
Good idea, unfortunately let down by driver

They charged us for our bus, and when I messaged to find out where to get it from (about 5 hours later) they apologised and said our bus will not run. I have no idea how we would have found out if I didn't message them first! They tried to get us on a different bus with bad reviews, said that was the only one. I found another on their website and they then agreed to put us on that. They sent us two different locations but confirmed, after lots of questioning, that one of them was the location. It was not. The email sent the wrong location. We had to keep calling the bus company costing me a fortune in calls. Get a taxi to another location, which was wrong, then a tuk tuk.
They then replied at 9am the next day saying "sorry but the messages were outside working hours". Fair enough, but do NOT book a night bus cause you'll struggle to get any support if you need it.

Do not bother, got out of Phnom penh fine but my return bus never showed up at the location which was outside the Crystal Express building, with a big sign so not exactly easy to miss. Bus was due at 3.30pm and I waited there until 4.30pm, tried to ring but no answer. Left me stuck in Sihanoukville so had to pay for another bus ticket and hostel for the night. I've emailed several times asking for a refund but have been ignored every time! Do not bother with this company they are not worth the risk and hassle, as after you've paid they will just ignore you. Also there are many other good companies in Phnom Penh and Cambodia that will not leave you stuck! Absolute scum!

If you want to book bus or ferry tickets in Cambodia and also to Vietnam Laos or Thailand camboticket is the perfect options. Many alternatives are available online and the live chat is perfect if you need an help ! You can also book private taxi or minivan that are just perfect to travel around Cambodia if you are 4+ people :)

Had a terrible experience with this company. We booked a ticket and paid by credit card (money was taken), received a confirmation that said we would soon receive a ticket. Never received a ticket. Rang them and they said they had no knowledge of the booking. Emailed them the confirmation and proof that money had been taken from the credit card by them. They still said they had no knowledge. Asked them to fix it and book us seats on the bus only to be told there were no seats available on the bus. Asked how they were going to fix it, given we had booked and paid. Again told they had no knowledge of the booking and the bus was full. Sent another email and was ignored. Went to the bus company, who called camboticket, who still denied knowledge of the booking. After some negotiation, the bus company found us seats on a much later bus. I will never again use this company and I recommend that other do not use them either.

Made a ticket booking which was not followed up with the receipt of a ticket. When I made it to the bus company they confirmed that camboticket had not actually booked anything. As suggested in the purchase confirmation I waited 12 hours before contacting them, but they don't answer phones on a Sunday. They got back to me and organised to put us on another bus.
