I can't believe that the 15$/night hotel provides free pick up service. The staffs are friendly and willing to assist. Quiet location and cheap price. Highly recommend for budget people.

Good, cheap and clean with reasonably good breakfast. Staff are also friendly. Just a little bit to walk to Sok San Street, night market or pub street or take a tuk tuk for $1 or bargain for less.

I have a problem with that place. Let's start with positive things: rooms are nice, and surrounding also. They have decent breakfasts, and you can take a bicycle for free if you want to see Siem Reap by yourself. Also crew is helpful and nice.
Now to the bad things: First, that place is extremely loud. You have volleyball and football pitch near so from 8:00 to 21:00 you could hear every pass. In the night is even worse. Walls are really thin so you're listening to your neighbors from every direction. Also next to hotel there's a guy how have six dogs. So every day from 4:00 dogs are barking. All of them.
There's no hot water under the showers, so prepare yourself to take freezing shower at 4:00 am (dogs will not let you sleep I can guarantee that).
Wifi pretty much doesn't exist. You'll probably be able to check emails, but more then that would be to much.
Overall despite nice crew I'll recommend other place.

Best place to stay in Siam Reap. Was there with my wife, everyone was very nice and welcoming. Great people, great place, not far away from centre yet still quiet. Great value for money. Just pick ot when you go to Siam Reap and enjoy

A triumph of modern Cambodia guest houses. Just like the fish tanks in the restaurant/court yard, the rooms are spacious, clean and sufficiently oxygenated. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for over 2 weeks and loved it.

The staff here are friendly. Service is polite and quick.The rooms are a great size, extremely clean, fresh and kitted out with everything, kettle, air-con, minibar, balconies galore and a great shower. I really love it.
