they are very kind i loved it! accomodation was neat and housekeeping was great!

If you want to stay around the pub street, a temple tour, i would like to say it’s a good choice for me.

however, it is a noisy due to the pub street .. it depends on which side room you are staying.

Arrived at airport 4 people two large suitcases and four back packs to a waiting tuk tuk sent by hotel. Should known then Arrived at hotel friendly greeting by staff
But from there it went from bad to worse as air conditioning was not working properly had to sit directly under it to get some sort of air flow room was old and dirty when we asked for another room was told none avilaible so decided to seek better acommadation all of a sudden they offerd to show us another rooms this all happend over a three hour period they waanted to charge us for three days we asked to see cancilation policy could not present us with one ended up paying for two nights just to get out of this horrible hotel never again

Staff are excellent, rooms are pretty good, food is average and location is either great or a headache or both.

Apsara Centrepole Hotel is a 3 story hotel half a block from the aptly named Pub Street. Sadly, unless you want to get wasted every night then this becomes a hassle as Pub Street runs until at least 3am everynight. This hotel desperately needs better glazed windows and better noise mitigation techniques especially if you're on floor 'B' (2nd floor).

I ended up switching to a more basic room on floor 'T' (3rd floor) near the middle of the building to avoid the noise for the duration of my stay.

Arrived late and the A/C was on which was nice. BUT there's no sound insolation so the music from down the street is pouring in. I could even feel the bass. With that said, breakfast was good and the staff was nice and accommodating. We moved to a different room that had better doors that didn't allow as much noise inside, so we had a better experience the next two nights. We booked a tuk tuk through the hotel to take us around to different sites and temples, and had a great driver.

Very good value for money, we got great rates when we checked in, the room is a good size and well laid out, the bar fridge works very well. All very clean and the staff can't do enough for you. 4 different choices for breakfast and what we had was done to perfection. Haven't been in the pool yet but it looks good. It's about a hundred metres around the corner from pub street and down town Siem Reap
