Worst experience ever, the bus did not wait for us on the border Vietnam/Cambodia during the visa control. So we were left there for our one and had to pay $15 extra for a taxi to can get to phnom penh. Even having paid $11 for a ticket bus from Saigon to Phnom Penh.

Worst travel agency ever. Came from ho chi minh to phnom penh, they asked us for more money then we already payed. We did not had dollars at the time so they left us on the boarder alone. After we needed to pay more for a private car and on top of that our things were left on the bus. I never wrote a review before but this one was really needed.

After reading so many horror stories we looked at lots of different companies. We decided to book here as we liked the guy in this place. I confronted him about the reviews online and he said he knows but that's backpackers like us, he then went on to explain. If you pay the 180d for the ticket and $35 to the bus for the visa there is no problems but people want to save money and pay$30 for the visa (the actual visa fee). The bus assistant will sort it and no problems if you just pay. So we went for it and paid that extra $5 which is £3.80! It was as smooth as anything. You get off at the border when told and the passports are already handed in together with the forms, the guy checks all passports, visas etc on the bus. He hands them back once stamped and you walk through to the bus. Then off you get at the Cambodian immigration. The guy takes the passports and waits whilst you just walk through to the bus. You get on minus the guy with all the passports and drive 20mins to a lunch stop. The assistant comes back with passports in about half hr, you get on the bus and you get your passport back stamped etc. How simple! The bus we had was nice enough for S/E Asia with a form of Aircon so no complaints. £3:80 well spent in my view 😁

Do not get on one of these buses!!!! Taking this bus from Ho Chi Minh city to Phnom Penh was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had traveling. The driver was rude and mean, and from the very first minute we sat down on the bus we were yelled at and ushered to the back of the bus with no explanation. No one spoke any English and when we tried to communicate or use google translate we were just waved away, even though at times they would take our passports with no explanation of when we would get them back. At one point they took our passports at the border, then herded us back on the bus leaving the man with our passports behind and we drove several miles to a rest stop where our driver got off and we found him eating at a table. Eventually the man with our passports returned, we were herded back on the bus at which point we drove several miles down the road, pulled over, and sat for 45 min to an hour while our driver watched a disgusting slasher movie called “little dead rotting hood” on a big screen at the front of the bus which starts out with a girl being graphically ripped apart by a wolf. This was in plain sight of everyone including children on the bus! I don’t even understand why we were stopped on the side of the road in the first place for so long, no one attempted to explain anything. Also the bus was a piece of garbage, AC was not cold, just fans so we poured sweat the entire 8 hour ride. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple dollars more for a real bus. I met others who paid the same price for comfort, ice cold AC, and friendly, informative drivers and guides. Don’t get on this nightmare bus!!!!

Don't ever take this company at any costs. Old and smelly buses, seats full of holes. It's still bearable to withstand few hours from that but the problem is that the company are not honest at all. I paid full cost for the ticket but they demanded for more while on the road if not they'd drop me elsewhere. I'm an expat who've been living in Cambodia for years and have took countless different companies buses back and forth. This is the first time I've ever experienced stupid tricks like that. Well played right there Long Phuong, good luck to your unethical company. Meanwhile on your street, there's ton of others bus companies providing better, hygiene and ethical services

I have travelled with that company . Bunch of scammers. I took picture of guy who stole 10 bucks from us and will show executive. People do not allow such as companies cheat foreigners. Do not go with them

Worst bus company I've ever used in Asia! I've been to and from Saigon to Phnom Penh over twenty times. I'll never use this bus company again. Its more expensive than other companies and for half the journey the bus had no air-conditioning so everyone was stuck on a really hot bus for hours before we changed!
Because I had a visa letter and not the visa for Vietnam the man working for the company sent me on a motorbike to the border first because he didn't want to wait less than 10 minuets for me to get the visa stamp. He then demanded $5 for the two minuet motorbike ride from the toilet stop to the border.response / report this review -
