Dirty, loud, chaotic. Buses are in mediocre shape and maintenance, drivers rude.

Appalling service. Put the wrong name on my visa paperwork and got me a tourist visa when I told them ordinary visa, the staff just smile and act dumb.
Driving was a sub standard also. Beware. Avoid this service and go for a better quality one at only a few dollars more.response / report this review -

Buses are old, without aircon or wifi and VERY dirty - windows and seats. That day they stopped all the time on the way out of PP, so the total trip took almost 8 hours. In HCMC they stop in district 5. I guess the air filters have never been cleaned too, Staff is nice although barely speaks english. Tickets are cheap (180k vnd) but I dont recommend. We took Kumho on the other way and they were a bit more expensive but worth the price.

We travelled from Kep (Cambodia) to Vinh Long (Vietnam, 40km from Can Tho north). Until the border we had no problem, but when we crossed nobody talked any English and we didn’t know what to do exactly. They told us then - as far as we could understand - that the bus doesn’t stop in Vinh Long city but they literally left us in the middle of the road, in the middle of nowhere at night, without providing us any kind of transport. We are really disappointed with this service

Do NOT use this bus. I booked through mekong champa and was told this was a good company to use if getting a visa done at moc bai border. When i changed to khai nam the bus driver tried to claim that moc bai border don't do visas, after arguing with this liar for 10mins or so he changed his story and admitted that yes, you can get a visa at moc bai but the bus wasn't going to wait around for me. This he wasn't lying about! I had to pay an extra fare to get to saigon with a different company. Terrible service. An embarrassment to Cambodia. My favourite part was when the bus stopped 2km from moc bai and the driver tried to get me to pay 10$ so his d*ck head mate could take me the rest of the way by moto. Couldn't even complain personally at the HCM office as it's located in the a-hole of nowhere. AVOID.

Bus is not the same as in the picture. This bus condition is the worst I have ever seen. After the border check, people were sitting in the aisle. Isn't this illegal?

They are on time, i don't know why there are few negative comments. Even i arrived at 7.08am the bus already gone, i need to wait the 8am bus. Overall i am very pleased with their services

Trash. Didn't pick up at prescribed time. Tried to blame it on customer saying they weren't there waiting. Bullplops we waited for 3 hours! We booked through virak buntham. Were told there would be WiFi. No Wi-Fi.

I got this bus cause they are the earliest from ho chi minh to phnom penh. Yes it left early around 5:30am BUT we have 3 stops so we end up 1:30 hour late from the said ETA 11:30am.
PLUS the bus is really really SLOW, smell's really bad and super unfriendly staff.
I WILL NEVER RIDE THIS BUS AGAIN!response / report this review -

Agency representing the company promised that I will make the bus in time after calling the company. Arrived at the company to find that the bus has left. Owner offered to put me on next bus in a few hours but refused to refund. So I am forced to arrive home late instead of arranging alternate transportation. I would not have booked if the owner had not guaranteed I would make it.
I would highly suggest a different company such as Kumho Sapaco which is similarly priced but offers much superior customer service.response / report this review
