Had to admit I was extremely skeptical when booking and especially for the price I received. However; upon arrival, I was absolutely happy.Stayed here three nights. Staff is very pleasant and try to their best to help. Room was cleaned and housekeeping offered daily. There are no restaurants within close proximity but hotel offers a limited food & drink menu. Hotel itself is very clean, wi-fi is good. Definitely worth the price. Location is away from City Center but you can easily get a tuk tuk for $2-$5 roundtrip. I also liked not having to pay cash everyday for purchases, everything was charged to room & paid on final day. Highly recommended.
The hotel room is nice, it's very quite although the location is on a main road. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
It's a great hotel. Very clean and well looked after. The outside terrace and pool are a great place for breakfast or a dinner if you want to eat there. Can't comment as only ate breakfast. Which was a nice mix of cereal or cooked. The room was big enough but damn, that bed is hard. Clean with a safe and fan / air con mix. The staff are super friendly and could do anything for you. The tours they sell were just $1 more than our prebooked ones. A 1800hrs tuk tuk is free (we tipped) to pub Street or its a 30 min walk. They collected us from the airport which was helpful at 0800hrs. Really recommend but be aware of the hard bed. Gallons of Angkor sort that though.
Wonderful hotel and very affordable. Very helpful staff. Great location. Will definitely stay here the next time I come here!
The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy and cozy. The hotel is located near the centre of Siem Reap. Price-quality is really good.
The most amazing hotel in Siem Reap. This has been a home from home for us. We are retired Irish teachers and book in here for a few weeks of a 3 month trip. After a couple of days we decided to book in for the 3 months. The staff are the most amazingly friendly people I have ever experienced in a hotel. They have almost adopted us. Warm , friendly, and can't do enough for us . Rooms are spotless and the breakfast is excellent. Great salt water pool and excellent wifi. Great location away from the noisy centre of town. We walk out the 1400mtrs after our evening meal in town. Fantastic walk as it gives you the chance to see the sights and sounds of nighttime Siem Reap. Only about 100 meters to a fantastic local market. In all you cannot pass the lemongrass and ginger.
room is very nice good location
Nice clean rooms and excellent greeting at the front desk. On one of the nights our hot water didn't work, we were given a time for it to be fixed and then told it wouldn't be until the morning. Our room was not changed until the next day so I had no shower on the night the water wasn't working. Scooter Hirage from the hotel was very expensive but bikes and tuk tuks were within reason. Breakfast was average I probably wouldn't recommend to purchase breakfast included as there wasn't a great range. Overall the stay was good but some things could have made it better.
Expensive scooters bikes and tuk tuks. I would have thought this hotel would have taken better care of their guests. Hot water didn't work one night and then want fixed when they said it was going to.
Just Awesome!
Fantistic hotellike an oasis in a desert! For a 3 star hotel it feels more like a 5 star place. Really, really worthwhile staying here.
Great place to stay. Very clean, really helpful staff and they provide a complimentary tuk tuk to town in the evenings which was great. Only giving 4/5 because the hotel is slightly out of town so a scooter or tuk tuk is needed during the day time. We would stay there again for sure
Excellent hotel offering a warm welcome, very helpful staff (smiles are amply provided), good food and company. The hotel is new, well equipped and the rooms are big and comfortable, and bathrooms very nice. Eddie, the australian owner, will provide you with good advice and organise everything you need. And will suggest what you didn't know you needed. And his manager will help you with his local knowledge, for example to communicate with a motorbike repair shop
Some broken furniture in the room and someone pi**ed on the toilet seat. Some hair on the floor, but everything else very clean. Very friendly staff. They welcome you with a Ginger & Lemon juice. They insist to offer you a restaurant and some kind of show, after that, they help you out with any kind of questions. It was welcoming to have the hotel not right at the very busy main Street in front of it.
Nice rooms, super friendly staff. they provide a bit expensive tours by themselfs, better of finding a driver yourself but all said, a very nice place to stay
