I bought from this shop 3 Canon DLSRs, 1 Nikon camera and other camera accessories. I have been their regular customer over the years. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Response time online is a bit slow but they do respond faster than most. Their prices fluctuate which is weird even for small things like batteries and accessories. Not all staff speaks english but they are friendly and very helpfull even after sales.

WHAT A JOKE FOR A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
Wanted to buy a Canon GX7 They said they would have one in 1 hour in the shop but l " must" leave a deposit before they would show me!
I gave then $100 to show l would return with good faith and had to wait4 hours to see the camera ..they would not refund my money at all even when l told then l would buy it at another store (cheaper) So l was forced to buy from them ,Then l was told no warranty except at that store!
I asked for a reciept to claim back the VAT tax and was told l would have to pay $47.00 more if l wanted to have tax on my reciept the reciept hasn't even got the business name or address of the company ALL VERY DODGEY!!
There are far better places to do business with than these people! STAY AWAY!!!response / report this review -

Saved my vacation!
I dropped my Sony alpha while taking pictures of the Khmer temple near Sisophon and the lens broke.
They had a replacement in stock for a reasonable price.

SCAM ARTISTS - was discussing one memory card with an employee. Finally came to an agreement about the price and I give him my credit card. He charges my credit card, then hands me a completely different, lower speed memory card. Refuses to give me the memory card that we had been discussing unless I give them an additional $20, and refuses to give me my money back.
There is another camera store about 3 store fronts down from this one that is much better! Do not go to this store!response / report this review -

The staff is rude - I asked for the price of 6D mark 2 and she said it's 1100+ what is that supposed to mean? If I'm buying I'm supposed to know the exact price

My Sigma lens was stiff and sticking. The tech at LOT repaired it within two days at a reasonable price. They called when they said they would and seemed very professional.
