Professional Liar: I didn't buy my pro there! However, I have AR Coating issue and Apple USA recommended that i go there for inspection - having stated that, cos I didn't buy it there so staff expressed their lack of interest to fix warranted device. Then lady with short hair, apparently the boss, came out saying no this device won't be covered because it's too severe so Apple won't approve You have screen coating issue and it come out very easily with a rub of your fingure like you scratched it with sharp tool. How would you expect? I finally made her summit a request and see. Two weeks later after having heard from no one, i called and one of staff told me right away, she haven't heard from Apple. 15mn later she called again saying Apple rejected it. It's funny though! I asked for email proof - they said to forward later, but NO until now. I knew right then and there they played me so I called Apple USA about my case and complaint, Apple told me there is no policy that Apple will approve, and it's all on regional Premium Service Provider. At this point, I realized that I've been lied by the one I trusted over the year. Apple felt sorry and directed me to Apple Singapore. Kavitha from Singapore took it seriously and failed to reach out for this young, but then directed me to iOne where my luck was found. AR Coating retina display screen get replaced for free under 3 years recall policy; otherwise, would cost quite a fortune. I have two more bad experiences over the year, and I know which to trust.

If you have Mac, you will always come back.
This is the real store of choice for Apple Mac. I am a technical person, even somewhat of a geek and this is the only place in PP where I will bring my Mac Book Pro's for the last 7 years.
Forget about iOne, they are a complete ripoff and try to confuse you with bull$&@? as if you are a housewife with a mechanical car problem.

Uni Young is a real treasure here in Phnom Penh. I've been there twice to get relatively serious problems with my Retina MacBook Pro looked at - once in March 2016, and again in December 2016.
Not only did they do a stellar job diagnosing and approaching the problem in a very rigorous way, using official Apple protocols for running tests and pinpointing the problem, but they also were exceedingly fair and on-the-level with their customer service and communication.
The first time I was having overheating issues, and aside from running my machine through 12 hours of systems tests, they gave the inside of my laptop a full complete cleaning, and then charged me nothing for all their time. UniYoung were very efficient. I had my damaged MacPro screen replaced in just over two working days. The office is well designed and the staff are friendly and organised. They explained the process clearly and contacted me in a timely manner. I am happy to recommend them.

Favorite Apple Macintosh shop in all of Southeast Asia. They do Apple warranty repairs. Family owned and operated. Very nice people. Better than iOne. Never had. Trouble with these guys. I even ordered an iMac to be sent 5 hours away on a taxi. Love the computer and the care.
