Me and the girlfriend loved this place! (Young couple) Absolute great service from the staff, room was what you paid for! Free tuk tuk to sister restraunt which was beautiful and really reasonably priced. Also food at the hostel was cheap and really nice. Staff were so nice! Had to put that twice as they made our stay. Little out of town so motorbike rental was essential for us.

Good guest house in Kep. cheap clean and very nice for more than poor bacpkaers. 6$ for a private room with double bed.
a bit far from the city centre. the owner will be happy to drive you for free to his restaurant in the city.

We stayed here 3 nights, the room was clean but very basic and a bit dark. One little shelf, no chair, no hooks for our wardrobe, mosquito screen & net over the bed. Bathroom big but no mirror. ( One the room) Towels did not dry.
Those kind of room are common in Asia but not the 13,50US we've paid. It was the last available in Kep, close to Chinese NY, and the most expensive room in 3 months traveling. There were better ones next to our one, even with chairs and small table outside. Our door faced the seating area our neighbors
Our room was in the main building facing the area with motorbikes and cars an became sometimes noisy.
For us was the place not ideal.
Restaurant was nice, the stairway a bit steep. People friendly and setting nice.

Overall a good place to stay. Forget about hot water, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are cheap. You can walk from here to all of Kampot's attractions. The food is also amongst the cheapest in town.

The place is not bad for the price you pay, but the staff is very rude and we had the worst 2 nights, because just in the back of the hostel there was a wedding with loud music until 11 the first night and the second night until 2:00 am. The food is good, but I think the should improve in how they treat the guests.
