  This amazing bungalows are for sale now. We stay here just privately with the family of owner. Really amazing place as this resort to make something great. Relaxed quiet place and we'll organise. Pretty kittens are included 😁😍

  Five day booking for four people cancelled on arrival by owner. We made the booking over a month in advance. Owner was unapologetic and apathetic. Person who knows him personally said it's because he is so drunk he doesn't care. As a result, we were stuck in Kep for 5 days without accommodation. *Note: After posting these reviews the owner harassed me by posting insults on my social media

  Nice and quiet, comfy terrace. You will have hot water in the room, the premise is closed at night so you dont have to worry about your motorbike. The room provides moskitonet, mine had a lot of holes
  Why only 3 stars then?
  THE ROOF!!!! Honestly, not everybody is into sqeeking bats in the nighttime. Without the moskitonet i would have felt quite uncomfortable. Since the roof is made of straw (?) you can hear everything and everybody hears you. Not everyones cup of tea.
  However, if you search for something quiet and not to central, i would recommend it. If you are scared if wildlife, look for something else.

  The owners are so friendly! The rooms are cheap and clean. Let the owner hook you up with a tuktuk driver.

  Owners go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. Far from the beach but with free bicycle rental you can get around easily
