Some of the rooms where of Poor quality which is a shame because others were more than adiquite for the price. Staff are honest friendly with great motorbikes for hire. Some rooms need a little improvement.

Many rooms being repaired after water or toilet leak (construction noise). Cleanliness is low, example months of dust on top of waredrop and bathroom tiles not cleaned. Good value at $7.

Rooms are very clean, fresh and well maintained. I have a fan room, $8 (US) a night. English spoken at front desk. Polite and helpful staff. Very close to the market and 10 min walk to the main bridge be the river. Comfortable beds, not too hard and bedding is spotless.

Really good price $10 twin fan for this standard. clean hot shower good location few streets away from restaurant bar backpacker area..make sure if booking it's a room in the new building, old GH next door for overflow very different. Also if paying daily check they write it in the book every day. Bike hire only $5 again check charged correctly. And they are not shy in going in to your room when you're not there to take furniture if they need it!! Drains a bit smelly too..restaurant of same name next door good breakfast omelette with bread jam coffee and real butter $2 have fun

very reasonable place to stay. price was excellent for double/twin room 8usd. bedroom had twin bed (each bed big enough for 1 couple) with fan and/or aircon (extra). bathroom was very new. only minor complaint was the smell from the sinkhole in the bathroom (not necessarily the hotels fault, it could be backed up from the street)
