The hotel is best value for budget traveler. Located in small streets, it has a quite environment. Its resto has alfresco dining and sells fresh foods, juices, and coffee. The room is varied in sizes, yet it is same kind of facilities. The hotel is clean. The hotel manager and staff are helpful.

Room smaller than advertised; no hot water; AC was noisy and couldn’t really be adjusted. We actually slept at the foot of the bed so the cold air didn’t blow in our face all night. On the positive, bed and pillow were comfortable and sheets seemed clean.

Clean and very reasonably priced. Didn't get room cleaned till i asked but for 20 bucks a night meh.. its fine. 5 minutes walk to everything and great coffee downstairs at attached coffee shop. Short stay is fine, very handy location.

The Wifi didn't work on the first day. I booked two rooms. The air conditioning of one room didn't work. The hotel let us switched to another room but the room was very dusty and smelly.
No cleaning, no tidy up the room, no replenishment of free drink water and toiletries. The hot water is only available in receptionist.
The staff can't speak proper English, he also can't understand well what we told him.

Good location, just 5 minutes walk to Pub street. Quite place, receptionists provide prompt service. Exclude room service always fail to replenish towels and tidying room. Had 6 days stayed.
