Massage was mediocre, not worth the price. But the ambiance and decoration is very relaxing.
the service quality and quantity should improve since they charge the highest price in Siem Reap. Should think twice before you go.
The worse experience ever. Having various spa overseas and this never happened before. My friend and I went to this spa because of lots of good comments and we want our last day in Siem Reap end perfect. However, thing turn out like this. The therapist took off my necklace and not even return after the treatment. I lost my favorite and memorizable necklace here!
The decor of the spa room was vintage and dark (barely no light in the room). Furthermore, the service quality and quantity should improve since they charge the highest price in Siem Reap.
Not recommended.
One of the more pricier spas in the area but is still affordable if you're willing to cough out a lil bit more. I did a deep renewal message which cost around $25 - $30 for an hour. The rooms were lovely and clean. Unlike other spas, they use their own oils etc as well so that was a nice touch. Ended up buying one of their solid perfumes thereafter cause I loved the scent so much. Their spa packages are quite worth it if you ask me. Would have gone for those if I had the time. Do pop by and check this place out for yourself!
I visited this spa while traveling a year ago and it really is a very relaxing spa with fantastic handmade products for sale.
The therapists are accommodating not and gentle, true spa professionals who tread quietly and work to increase your relaxation and restoration experience. I would recommend all those who are visiting Siem Reap to treat themselves to a session or two. It's especially refreshing after a few days of temple tours in the heat, dust and rain. I loved my first experience there so much I squeezed in a second session before I left.
The prices were very reasonable, at least compared to the US and other Asian countries where I've had spa treatments and massages.
And don't forget to visit their gift shop! Their products are gentle and concocted with very high quality essentual oils. I am still using the gentle face scrub I purchased after my friend had it used on her during a facial. And it truly is wonderful, made of pure ingredients that do not irritate my sensitive skin. I'm sad that I'm almost out of it.
What a beautiful spa in the heart of Siem Reap! The staff is just lovely and very professional and offer a nice range of services. The facility is top-notch; clean and smells like a romantic heaven of some sort.
They offer private rooms with showers, relaxing music, aroma therapy and essential oils which creates an overall wonderful experience. They also sell their own natural oils and soaps.
My 90 minute deep tissue massage was only $36 and was great! The lady ensured she applied the right amount of pressure by asking. I will continue to come to Kaya Spa from now on during my visits.
It's not one of those street massage shop where you pay usd12 for a massage. This is a proper SPA where you get pampered and spoilt, therefore be prepared to pay a little more. USD55 will get you a 2.5hrs full spa package. I think they have a few cheaper packages as well.
The place is very pretty and the treatment was lovely. Only issue I had was the nose level in that area and the workers yapping away outside our room.
I really had a great time at Kaya spa ! Just in front of the Old Market, it's the perfect place for relaxing, beauty and well-being ! The staff is really expert, caring and well-trained. We can also find and buy all the natural products that have been used in the spa in their Kaya shop next door. I highly recommend it !
The best value for money spa in Siem Reap. The staff is really well trained, the place is very nice and really clean.
They also have a nice shop attached to the spa where you can find all the products the therapists use during your treatment.
Kaya seems t o be the best choice in Siem Reap.
