  We booked a bus ride with them from Kampot to Shihanoukville at a price of 5 dollars each, and they put us on an overcrowded van (capacity of 15 people but we were 19 people there) totally full of bags, packages and chicken where everybody else only payed 1000 riel (0.25 dollars). The van arrived more than 30 minutes late (even after insisting us to be 30 minutes before waiting for them!), which made us lose our next connection.

  Kep to Phu Quoc. 2.5 hours late picking us up, laughed at us when we questioned why were were late. Had to wait in Ha Tien 2 hours because we'd missed all the earlier boats. Dont mind paying the extra to make a complicated journey smoother but it would have been cheaper, easier and quicker to do it ourselves.

  従業員のムスリムの子が一生懸命に対応してくれました。感謝。
  ホテルへのピックアップもほぼ時間通りでした。

  J'avais prévu un tour, j'ai vu les quelques avis négatifs et je me suis dit "bon ça n'arrive qu'aux autres". Faux.
  
  Je devais prendre le bus de 10h00 pour Kep, donc ils m'ont demandé d'être prêt à mon hôtel à 9h45. Résultat un touktouk se ramène à 10h45 à l'hôtel (1h de retard), va à l'agence, on change de touktouk, et le voyage Kampot-Kep se fait en touktouk et pas en bus. À la limite c'est pas grave. Le conducteur me dit qu'il sera là pour le retour du bateau à 16h30.
  
  16h30, pas de touktouk en vue. J'appelle la compagnie, le mec dit que finalement c'est un bus, et qu'il y aura 2h de retard. Bon ok pas grave je chill à la plage (heureusement que j'avais pas un rdv de prévu). Arrivé 18h30 toujours pas de bus. J'appelle et le mec me dit d'attendre encore. J'ai fini par prendre un touktouk moi même payé par mes frais.

  We took the company from Kampot to Sihanoukville in August 2017 and it was a very unpleasant experience.
  First they forgot to pick us up at the hotel as it had been decided the day before (free service provided by all companies). We were supposed to take a mini van but the company decided at the last moment to put us in a big bus. Then we started 45 minutes late because the bus to go to Sihanoukville was late.
  After the bus finally arrived we discovered it was already crowded meaning almost no seat left. We had required at the booking to sit next to each other so we had to Wait 10 more minutes the staff ultimately found out a solution.
  
  And ultimately a few very unpleasant details : almost no room for the lugage, a very loud music during all the journey, we arrived with 1hour delay and we didn't know what was happening in the bus because while driving the director spoke only in khmer (but we knew he spoke very good english).
  
  To conclude, my partner and I absolutely do not recommend this company.
  As it is the only company doing Kep/Kampot to Sihanoukville we advise you to go back to Phnom Penh or Siem reap to take another one.

  Worst company ever. Do not make a tour with them. Disorganised. We paid for a tour to see bokor and a sunset cruise with pick up from kep. The tour finished at 14:30 and they told us to be back at 17:00 for the cruise. Ok but they never told us they were leaving us in kampotno drop off.the hotel phoned after we arrived after paying for a tuk tuk to come back. They said we then had to leave at 14:30same price but no cruise and they argued that theybtold us. B S..and if they did on the tour it is still bad because the ticket was for the 2 activities. The tour was ok in the begining but we were suppose to have lunch at waterfallsthere is no water and we have to pay 1$ to go in this parkthat is not a place that you can walk orcdo anythingthe sunset cruise was fun but you can do it on your own for 5$.

  Let's be honest. It's hard to find any transportation company in Cambodia that you could describe as great. I used Kampot Tours twice - First time from Kampot to Kep, when they forgot about us :) and the second time from Kep to Sihanoukville when the trip went pretty smooth and we arrived in SKVL before estimated time.
